Discussion Board Terms and Conditions of Use

The Squash-Ladder.com Discussion Board is intended to make your use of this Site informative and entertaining however please read the Terms and Conditions below before you start.

Once you start using the Site Discussion Board you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

  • 1. You agree not to participate in malicious or mischievous behaviour which causes damage or may cause damage to Squash-Ladder.com or to any other organisation or individual.
  • 2. Messages must not be obscene, vulgar, defamatory or libellous, sexually orientated, hateful, threatening or otherwise violate any laws or good morals and practice.
  • 3. You must not Impersonate any person or entity or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • 4. Without the written permission of Squash-Ladder.com you must not post advertising or solicitations for funds, goods or services.
  • 5. You will not retaliate to offensive posts. You must report such messages to your Ladder Administrator who has permission to remove messages and players from a Ladder.
  • 6. All messages posted on the message boards are the views of individuals and do not represent the views of Squash-Ladder.com.
  • 7. Squash-Ladder.com does not monitor or accept responsibility for information posted on the discussion boards nor do we exercise any form of editorial control or censorship of any message. Squash-Ladder.com may however remove offensive posts and/or any other related posts and take all such steps as may be necessary to protect the company's position.
  • 7. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by Squash-Ladder.com.

Other Discussion Board rules:

  • a. Squash-Ladder.com restricts the posting of messages on a given ladder message board to the ladder's players and administrator.
  • b. Ladder messages will be visible to Squash-Ladder.com members outside of your ladder only if the ladder 'Private' option is NOT set.
  • c. Once a new message thread has been posted the subject cannot be changed, if you make a mistake you can delete the message and re-post however once responses have been posted you cannot delete the thread.
  • d. Once a message has been posted either the poster or the ladder administrator can edit the message body.
  • e. Once a response has been posted either the poster or the ladder administrator can delete the message.
  • e. The ladder administrator can delete an individual message, whole message thread or delete all messages from the discussion board.
  • f. Inactive message threads with no posts for over 1 year will be automatically deleted from the site.

Finally, please check these rules from time to time. Squash-Ladder.com reserves the right to modify these without notice.
